The medicine way

Living the Prayer: A Six Week Mircodose JourneyOctober 28th - December 6th

Caminos Venerados

Life is the ceremony

Transformation can feel less like fixing yourself and more like coming alive! The path forward isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering & being more fully who you are.

You were never meant to live life half awake

Fall in love with your life! That's what this kind of change is about.

This journey is learning how to live the prayer, instead of just asking for it. Life is a co-creation and working with the medicine is a co-creation as well.

What can become possible when you learn and embody working with medicine.

This journey is an invitation to deepen your connection to yourself, to your life, and to the world of plant medicine. We work with these allies intentionally, opening our minds and hearts to the mystery. You may begin to notice the places where you’ve been moving on autopilot and discover that there are other ways to choose. You may hear your own inner knowing more clearly, feel more connected to your creativity, or find yourself responding to life with greater openness, courage, and trust. There may be more room for wonder. More willingness to play. More capacity to be present with what is here. More freedom to follow what genuinely brings you alive. This journey is not about becoming a better, more optimized version of yourself. It is an invitation to become more intimate with the person who is already here and to explore what happens when you begin participating more consciously in the life you are creating.

How we work with the medicine

Microdosing isn't about taking a magic pill and waiting for something to happen. We don't place expectations on the medicine and ask the plants to change our lives for us. We work with them. This is a living co-creation. We approach the plants as allies. Working intentionally with them to support the changes we want to make and the lives we want to more fully inhabit. They can invite us beyond our habitual ways of thinking and into deeper listening, intuition, mystery, and connection. We have a part to play. Psychedelics are being studied for their relationship to neuroplasticity, offering an opportunity to practice new ways of thinking and being. We pair the medicine with meaningful action creating new patterns, making different choices, and exploring new ways of relating to ourselves and our lives. We don't only ask, "What am I realizing? We ask, "What am I doing with what I'm realizing? This is integration. The medicine can support the work. We are the ones who live it.

You may find yourself cultivating

Courage : taking meaningful action on the things you have been sensing, imagining, or longing for.Connection : deepening your relationship with yourself, others, the natural world, and the mystery.Wonder : becoming available again to awe, beauty, surprise, and the extraordinary hidden within the ordinary.Participation : moving from waiting for life to change toward becoming an active participant in your own becoming.

Meet your guide

Hi my name is Allison and my work is rooted in deep reverence for plant medicine, the divine, and our human capacity to grow, create, and thrive in our authenticity. I created the Medicine Way from decades of walking alongside these medicines and exploring what it means to bring their teachings beyond ceremony and into the way we actually live. It is an honor to hold this space, walk beside you, and witness/ support what unfolds along the way.

This life is the ceremony!

You already know more than you think. The question is are you living it? And how are you living it? Are you remembering?
